-Define the IT strategy to support growth, competitive advantage, and operational efficiency.

-Lead the systems team, manage technological infrastructure and cybersecurity, and coordinate plans and priorities with the business.

-Oversee operational processes, provide support to clients and users, and improve productivity.
-Manage IT governance, align tech initiatives with business goals, and oversee the budget.
-Coordinate cybersecurity and risk management projects, and propose innovative digital technologies.
-Ensure compliance with local regulations and collaborate with business areas and the parent company.
Must:
-Studies related to technology
-Leadership expertise in software development teams.
-Over 6 years in leadership or sub-leadership roles
-Technical competencies in system infrastructure, system development and architecture, project management, agile methodologies, and information security
